NAGVA's Championships planning committee has selected the Deauville Beach Resort as the host hotel for Championships XXVI. You are welcome to visit the hotel's website; however, be aware that NAGVA's site will provide specific details pertaining to our contract with them for Memorial Day Weekend.

Making Reservations (updated! 4/22/2008)

The NAGVA group rates at the host hotel are no longer available. To make reservations, members will need to contact the Deauville Beach Resort directly via telephone (still using our group name). Detailed instructions are noted below.

Reservations BY PHONE - follow these easy steps:

1. Call 305-865-8511, extension 3800 to receive the reservations department.
2. Give them the group name (NAGVA Memorial Day Weekend) to access the special rates.
3. Tell the reservations department either "One King Bed" or "Two Double Beds". This will confirm that you will receive your requested room set-up. If you do not complete this, the hotel may not be able to grant your desired room set up at check in.
4. Please allow for up to three days to receive confirmation e-mail from hotel.
