Registering a Team to Compete in a Tournament

How:

  1. Log in with your individual NAGVA ID and password
  2. Verify the email address shown upon log in is current and valid
  3. Click the Register Team link from the menu
  4. Follow instructions regarding entering team city and name
  5. Click link to Confirm & Pay
  6. Enter payment detail
  7. Look for and save the email from online registration confirming your activity, and providing your NAGVA Team ID..

Team Reps (new and returning) may log in using their individual NAGVA ID and password, register the team name with NAGVA for the current season, and then also register for any of the remaining sanctioned tournaments.

Team entries into any given tournament have always been based on when payment is received, i.e. first paid, first in; not in order of time at which a team submits their roster online. Each tournament handles entre fee transactions independently - check the "More" links from the Tournament Calendar page for specific details.
