Medical Rerate Form Now Available

At the Annual Meeting in Chicago, the NAGVA Voting Membership approved a proposal allowing for players to request a new rating based upon medical reasons. In accordance with this change, a Medical Rerate Form is available on the "Documents & Forms" section of the website. Please complete this form and submit to the Director of Eligibility at eligibility@nagva.org. Please note that anyone who is granted a medical rerate will be assigned a non-rated status and will be evaluated at his/her next tournament.
