NAGVA By-law/Rules & Regulations Amendment Form

This form can be used to submit proposed amendments to the NAGVA By-laws and/or Rules & Regulations. All amendment must be submitted to the NAGVA Secretary no later than 90 days prior to the Annual Membership Meeting to be considered.
